"Immediately walking in the common areas were very hot, including the elevator. I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the room, the free continental breakfast was good.. The pool is indoors but felt like a sauna as soon as you walked inside,. It was a nice area however, the chlorine must’ve been too high because my eyes burned after five minutes which prevented me from getting in the pool. Overall, the hotel was in a nice location and I would stay there again, but hopefully they fix the air and do something about the chlorine levels in the pool."

"Photos do not match venue. The place looks very dilapidated. My door was damaged heavily and you could see through the seals as the wood was badly damaged. No dead bolts on top of the door. Only the basic lock near the handle. There is no free wifi as stated in the advertisement. The bathtub and sink looked very dirty. Not worth your safety even if it is cheap. I left after 1 day out of a 3 day trip and didn't care about refunds."

"It was clean, but the property needs updating — some just cosmetic, a lot of minor repairs. The breakfast area was well laid out, but the hot water dispenser for hot tea was too high to safely use. The staff was very good. "

"We had to leave our car in an alley. Then, go up a stairwell to our room to get our parking code for access to their garage. We were required to park on an upper level, then get our bags and walk down a steep hill in the garage. We then had to walk our bags back to the hotel before going up a steep narrow stairwell. Why not provide the parking code with the room code? The tv remote did not work and requests for assistance were not responded to. All that said, the room was nice and the location next to restaurants is convenient. "
