"This is a really wonderful property. Really close to the parks. Apple maps will tell you its a 40minute walk, but it doesn't know you can walk under the bridge, so its actually closer to 20ish minutes. Gorgeous pool and really nice staff. The cafe in the lobby was great with good food. Our Bonvoy status gave us 2 free coffees a day which was a really nice way to start the day. We also had a $25 food credit for each day which got us some nice sandwiches. We made the mistake of going to the restaurant on the main floor. It was empty and we should have taken that as a sign. The staff was rude, all of them on their phones, the food was bland and oddly expensive. The restaurant is the only thing we didn't enjoy at this property. A very different vibe than the rest of the property. The rooftop adult pool is the perfect spot to watch the fireworks from and relax. Cant recommend this property any higher."

"The good: Breakfast was fantastic. Staff pretty friendly. Decent value. The Bad: However, the property is quite dated. Rooms are small (I even booked a 1BR suite and it was tight quarters). Our view from our room was the wall of a building. The pool area appears much larger on the website. The pool was very cold. It also sits next to the open parking garage. Also very little sun until late afternoon. The ugly: there is literally one operating elevator for this entire hotel. And the housekeeping and operational staff use it as well. Sometimes the wait for an elevator would be 8-10minutes. Stairs weren’t a great option, as the staircases exit outside. Also, they offer no shuttle to the park. Instead they recommend walking (20+ mins) or ride share. Each ride share is about $12-14. This adds up quickly. "

"Clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent—walking distance to Disneyland and plenty of dining options nearby. Valet parking was convenient. Would definitely stay again."
