The Bunkhouse B&B is a great location if you are visiting the Speyside area. The owner is friendly and was very helpful and the breakfast was great.

The hotel was really nice. The included breakfast was a bonus, but i have to say the 2 top things that made this a wonderful experience were the 5 course tasting menu and the gentleman that waited on us every day-Jacob! He is spectacular. He was very helpful, extremely informative, and very charming. He checked us into the hotel, made us drinks and then walked us thru each course of the meal, which surprisingly was one of the best meals i have had in a long time- and i just got back from Paris....

Loved it! High quality linens and bath furnishings. Large rooms. Ben was fabulous. He was genuinely kind and accommodating and a hard worker! He popped up everywhereā¦restaurant and whiskey room. We were greeted at the door by Liz (the owner along with her partner Lee) and immediately felt very welcomed. She gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant within walking distance and it turned out to be a lovely suggestion. The home is well kept!
At breakfast the next morning (which was quite tasty) we chatted with Lee and he gave us helpful perspectives on the area around us. We would have loved to have spent more than just one night!

Meals were very good, and it was convenient to have the option for dinner as well. Our room was very quiet and comfortable with room darkening curtains (necessity when visiting in the summer!). The staff were fabulous and helpful!

The staff went out of their way to make everything easy; the location is an easy walk into downtown Elgin and very convenient for tours of the major Speyside distilleries, the Cairngorms and the Moray Firth.
