Nice and convienent for town restaurants. Rooms very dated some of the steel handrails are a bit sus. But the bed was very comfortable and the ac was quiet and held a cool temp. For the Mackay market is a fair place to stay.

The hotel is fine for a short stay of one or two nights. It’s comfortable and conveniently located, with easy access to supermarkets and places of interest. However, the cleanliness needs improvement — we found several cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing.

The location was walking distance to the shopping centre and to the town centre. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Fridge leaked through a seal that needs to be replaced and the hotel not as modern as some but for a good bed close to CBD highly recommend

Continental breakfast was included in the price. No room set up for this. Had to go to reception to advise them what you wanted to eat then take to your room(which was upstairs) to eat.We didn't bother. The TV turned off every 30 minutes. It shared a plug with the fridge. Staff at reception were fine. Comfortable bed. Room was clean & spacious but dated.

Very friendly couple from Bangladesh is working here with their baby. They working hard together knowing what hospitality is. Breakfast is poor but oké, only the peanutbutter was over date en no jam… Room, bathroom are simple but clean, everything you need is there.
