I loved how the bathroom sink had a shelf as well counter top space so getting ready to go out had a nice set up. The location was perfect and we absolutely loved the breakfast there at the hotel! The location is perfect. It’s close to a lot of shops and restaurants and for all of the activities we did, it’s was a 10 minute walk to everything. The staff is amazing, they are very kind and helpful. I stayed while they were renovating the facade of the building and didn’t have any issues with noise or dirt however we were not able to use our terrace - which was fine because the weather was not warm enough anyway.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Room Mate Alicia in Madrid! The location is simply perfect — right in Plaza Santa Ana, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and within walking distance of so many major attractions. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very quiet despite the lively area outside. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the large windows that let in so much natural light. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything I needed. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome. Breakfast was also fantastic with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Madrid. I highly recommend Room Mate Alicia and would definitely come back!
