"You can tell the property is likely under new management and has been remodeled. The pictures of the inside are accurate and it was clean. It’s in a rough area but it’s convenient to the dome and things around the area. We were not disappointed in location. The water pressure was an issue that was an off and on issue for our stay. Sometimes it was fine and then we had 3 separate occasions where the water pressure dropped which resulted in it just turning off in the middle of the shower. But besides that… it was a fine stay. I was happy with it for the price. "

"We booked this room expecting basic furnishings beyond just the bed. Unfortunately, the room had no chairs, couch, or any place to hang clothing—there was no closet bar or hangers provided. When we asked about these items, we were offered a different room, but it also lacked furniture and hangers. The onsite managers appeared to be a husband-and-wife team. When we raised our concerns, we were told that we “should have checked the website.” The interaction became argumentative, with responsibility being placed on us for not reviewing photos more closely. Because of this exchange, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property and requested a refund. Although the property may have been recently updated, several aspects still felt incomplete and disappointing. Even the ice maker was out of service. We decided not to stay and booked at another area hotel. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, particularly in terms of room functionality and customer service."
