"I stayed there for 7 days and the pool was out of order for 4 whole days so I wasn't having time to use it especially on a weekend. The place is not wow but it's ok. Breakfast is on time and fair for the price. Staff is ok but not friendly. After all i can recommend it."

"Before we arrived to the hotel, we read a lot of reviews that were pretty negative so we were a little skeptical. After checking in, I didn’t experience any of what I read in the reviews. The hotel didn’t smell of mold or mildew. The staff was great. We had an emergency so we had to leave early, and the hotel only charged us for one night instead of 2 even after check out was over. Would definitely stay here again."

"There is a significant issue with the front desk staff's customer service and consistency. Throughout our stay, they seemed entirely unwelcoming, and their default response to any basic request was a flat "no." We were traveling with friends and had multiple rooms booked for our daughters' dance competition. The evening staff member who checked us in was genuinely understanding and kindly allowed us to use the media room for a quick practice. However, when we went back the next day to use it for just 30 minutes, a different employee flatly denied us, stating the previous staff should never have allowed it. This contradiction continued with basic amenities. The room pillows were horribly small, but when we asked for standard, wider ones, the daytime staff claimed the hotel didn't carry them. Yet, during check-in, I witnessed the friendlier evening staff member offer wider pillows to another guest right in front of me. Finally, we requested a modest 30-minute late checkout. The staff member refused to even listen, claiming rooms had to be cleaned immediately. However, when we departed, not a single room on our floor had even begun to be cleaned. The front desk staff desperately needs better hospitality training. Even if a request cannot be met, they should know how to speak to guests respectfully. Management needs to train them properly before putting them on the desk."

"This by far was the best Drury I have ever stayed at. First one I've ever been to that had and indoor pool that allowed you to swim to the outdoor pool and patio. The have a brand-new Bar/Kitchen area that was nice. I didn't utilize it on this stay, but the food selections seemed decent, and the bar had premium drinks available. We traveled from out of town and got there an hour prior to check-in. The room was already ready, and we were checked in ahead of schedule. The rates were slightly lower than other Drury's in the area which encouraged my decision to book there and I am glad that I did. I will return to this Drury in the future!"
