"I booked this property so we could have a pool side get away, then to find out that their pool was down. It was suppose to be ready for the next night that we stayed and again, no pool. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. The room was nice, but could have stayed home and watched T.V. and not paid for a doggie sitter. :( There was no room number on our door and elevators were so very slow. No ice either. "

"The room was not clean. There were wrappers behind a stool and chewed gum on the side of the night stand. The bathtub did not drain properly when taking a shower and there was a blood stain on the shower curtain. The door to the room had white powder all over the front of the door. I will not stay there again. Other hotels in the same area are much better for the price. They also charged me $10 after telling me I could check in at 2pm. Nobody meant that when I spoke with them on the phone prior to arrival. "
