VILLA MELISSA: A PAINTING OF THE TRASIMENO LAKE

For those who love rural tourism, Villa Melissa, unique for its sunsets, is a detached house on a hill, from which the Lake Trasimeno is granted in all its majestic affability.

Located in the heart of Central Italy, Villa Melissa is just a few hours from major centers such as Rome and Florence, for those who love to visit rustic and medieval places just a few Kilometers away you can stroll and taste the delicacies of the territory in fascinating locations such as: Cortona, Montepulciano , Castiglione del Lago, Assisi, Perugia Orvieto, Gubbio etc.

Near the village of S'Arcangelo is, there are various shops and small restaurants characteristic of the place.

Villa Melissa is surrounded by the greenery of a beautiful forest: in front of the house there is a large shaded area equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue; this space is a large natural terrace from which to enjoy the view of the lake and the Polvese Island.


The apartment has everything necessary for the living room (dishes, refrigerator, gas cooker with at least four burners, electric oven, sink and drainer), as well as all the necessary appliances. It has a television and is equipped with all linen (bed, bath and kitchen) and is changed weekly. The apartment is equipped with all the cleaning material for daily chores
