"we were so pleased with our trip!! walking straight out to the beach was ideal."

"The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For as much as we paid for a suite, I do not think I would book again. First night of our stay, we could hear the neighbors coughing. The next night, a dog kept barking so the sounds do travel from room to room, keep in mind. This is not a representation of the staff though. They were quick to fix our reservation issues and were very professional and friendly. The facilities could definitely use some repairs though, and there needs to be some sort of organization between the hotel and Expedia."

"The property appeared to have been built quite recently. It is located on a quiet street, and boasts sufficient off-street parking. Check-in and out went well without issues. The room was nice; comfortable, quiet, and with an interesting floor plan that made it seem much larger than most. A breafast buffet and 24/7 coffee were most welcome. We.enjoyed the in-room coffee maker and the two large TV's (with Netflix access, no less!). The only demerits would be for the thin, scratchy towels -- not worthy of the property -- along with the difficulty of acquiring them. Onver the course of our 5-night stay, we never received maid service, and were relegated to going to the front desk every evening to request towels, coffee, etc. One night the hotel was completely OUT of towels...just imagine that. That was the ONLY drawback, though. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay."

"Anthony at the front desk was so patient and friendly. His customer service skills and kindness are rare anymore. 5Star service all the way around. Love the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and the beds are super comfy!"

"Nothing worked in the room. The blankets were stained up air conditioner worked when you wanted to."

"All in all a very well maintained facility. But for the price, the rooms are good but not great and the bath shower combination in the bathrooms was very slippery and dangerous for seniors."
