"Nicole is an excellent host, she goes above and beyond to ensure you are able to navigate the neighbourhood, offering many suggestions. The location is a bit far from the “touristy” parts of London (if it’s your first time to London), however, the tube is quick and easy to navigate to get you there and it wasn’t really a problem for us. The property is true to advertised, a great place to stay."

"The room was central and closely located to the tube station and local bus stops. It was a clean and basic room but it was very warm. The window opens but as it has vinyl on it to ensure no light gets it, it can be a bit bright at night when trying to sleep with the windows open. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms also had its own kitchenette which was very handy to prep meals! I would stay again."

"We had a great stay at Nicole's house. She's an ideal host, with prompt communication and voluntarily sharing a lot of great local info (restaurants, shops, etc.). Neighborhood was quiet (great for sleeping), beds were comfortable and the kitchen was outstanding. Having morning coffee in the back courtyard was so nice to start the day with. Quick walk to the Tube (5 min) and you were quickly into the major areas in 20 min or so."

"The room was extremely warm on arrival, it was appreciated that bottles of water were in the fridge. The bed was comfortable, but the slats kept coming off and we had to be very careful how we moved on the bed. We couldn't sleep due to the constant noise from an outside vent which was at the side of the bathroom window, the bathroom was beautiful, clean, spacious, the shower was powerful. Even though the hotel was above the pub there was not any noise from the pub. The location of the hotel was great and transport was good too. I would recommend this hotel if you're not a light sleeper. "
