"Lovely place to stay. Very easy and convenient using my phone as the key and checking in online. My only criticism was that there was only coffee in the room, no tea and that the shower head was quite blocked and needed wiping."

"The place was ok. Not awful, but not great. A bit tricky to get in touch with the host. We had to wait in a weird-smelling hallway for a half hour for someone to let us in. Extra sheets that we needed were so damp we couldn't use them. Did not love it, but it was fine."

"We stayed for five nights while seeing London and the surrounding areas. We are a family of four and our room had two twin beds, which is a bonus! We had a mini fridge. Daily chilled water was provided in the fridge. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bus stop very close to hotel that we could get to Baker Street station effortlessly. Note: enter hotel on Lodge Road. "

Nicole was responsive and helpful with all of my questions and offered great suggestions for both transportation and nearby highlights. "This was a great find - we were in a bind and needed to find somewhere affordable to stay in the area. I was a little hesitant about the no-front-desk setup, and we weren't able to arrive until after the tavern was closed, but the staff was responsive via email and checked us in remotely. Rooms were very small, but clean and appeared just as they do on the website. No elevator, and we had a good amount of luggage so it was a bit tough getting suitcases up to the 2nd floor, but worth the efficiency. There was conflicting checkout info, one email said checkout at 11 and one said 12, so we had to make sure we were back in our rooms by 11... turns out our digital keys did in fact deactivate at 11, not 12. "
