They'll make you deposit 1k BRL to their bank account - which they claim they'll refund it all within a week after your checkout. They won't send all the information you'll need via message or whatsapp. Instead, they'll send you a link that contains all the info about your stay - whcih lacks clarity and...

"Excelente pra que vai tirar o visto. O pessoal da recepção são muito simpáticos e gentis. Fiquei apenas uma noite para poder fazer a entrevista no consulado. A localização é excelente!! Bem em frente ao consulado americano. O quarto é bem confortável e tudo estava impecavelmente limpo. "
