"Staff, were very helpful and nice"

"Just very old and outdated. Rooms were very noisy. We had neighbors that were up all night and we could even hear their conversations, had to keep tvs tuned up to drown out noise. Elevators smelled like smoke everywhere. Staff were all very friendly. Parking garage spaces were pretty tight but manageable. Would not stay here again."

"This was the worst properly that I have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. There rooms were extremely outdated, there was black mold in the rooms, the indoor pool area were dirty. One of the hot tubs was taped off and the other one had a thick foam in it. Customer service was terrible we couldn’t even get an extra blanket Expedia or the hotel didn’t offer any resolution. I I feel like I got robbed. "

"The room we stayed in håd previous guests flip flop under dinning table, had previous guests beach towel underneath 2nd bedroom, had big clump of hair in master bedroom bath. I felt that room wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been. Staff was very friendly but had a lot of timeshare presentators in main lobby. "
