Only small drawback maybe when coming without a car is the location requiring to take a free shuttle to get to the telecabine going up to the pistes. Just requires a bit of organization. "

"We stayed at La Folie Douce in Chamonix from Thursday to Sunday last week as a family with young children, and we had a great experience. This is clearly a festive hotel, popular with younger guests and couples, but we felt it was also very welcoming to families. Our children had a fantastic time throughout the stay. They loved the game room, which became one of their favorite spots, and we even used the outdoor pool despite the cold weather — the water temperature was perfect and made for a memorable experience. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, yet well managed. Noise was never an issue for us; everything settles down around 10pm, so nights were peaceful and we slept well. The rooms are on the smaller side, but very clean, well maintained, and functional. They accommodated our family comfortably. Service was a highlight. The main desk team was consistently cordial, kind, and proactive, always ready to help with a smile. Food options were also very good. The pizza at the outdoor restaurant was excellent and a big hit with the family. We also dined at Le Petit and ordered pasta — the quality of the food was outstanding. We didn’t use the spa this time, but from what we saw it looks high quality and well designed. Overall, a vibrant and fun hotel that manages to balance a party atmosphere with a family-friendly environment. We would definitely return. "

"Rooms where spotless the red carpet is very contrasting and possibly old looking compared to rest of room but staff where fantastic and very helpful spoke good English which was a blessing spa facilities all clean and quite to use too "

Suffisamment spacieux et très cosy. Le charme d'un chalet avec du confort. Pour plus que 4 personnes, l'espace pour manger est limité. Je pense qu'une table pliable d'appoint (pour 2 personnes) serait pas mal.2 places pour se garer à l'extérieurChien accepté, ce qui n'est pas facile à trouver.Un rapport Q/P vraiment très bon pour la région et la période.Logement très propre.Si nous repassons, nous reviendrons et nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. "The house was perfect for a family getaway over Christmas! Cozy and quaint nestled in the alps with beautiful views. Perfect for two families and kids. We enjoyed the pool and sauna after a day of walking around Chamonix or skiing. Christophe answered any questions we had and was very welcoming!"
