"The room was compact but clean and well-equipped with everything one might need. The location was convenient, close to a train station and situated in a quiet, picturesque area of Tokyo. My only concern was that the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite being designated as non-smoking. Unfortunately, the odor lingered enough that my clothes absorbed the smell. Aside from that, it was an overall good stay."

Newer, clean and the rooms are ever so slightly larger than some other business hotels in the city, comfortable for a solo traveller for 1-4 days.
