"A very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful management and staff . A peaceful and civilised place to stay"

"As always, super helpful & friendly staff. Very comfy bed, large quiet rooms with good food & drinks."

"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. "الفندق ممتاز وموقع ممتاز "

"Great hotel overall. Modern decor, very clean throughout. Room was spacious and clean. No instructions on how to work the heating/air-con so had to ask at reception. Amazing breakfast, anything you can think of and constantly checked and replenished. Central location and close to the train station. Car park underneath hotel but it is extremely tight. Great communication via email before stay, replied within minutes. Would stay here again."

"We had a terrible start to our stay. The room we were in smelt of sewage. We asked to move but there wasn't a room available until the next day. We were provided with an air freshener to help. We were moved but not until 3pm. This meant we had to shower in the smell which wasn't pleasant. Unfortunately, we were not offered a discount but free breakfast. We don't eat breakfast so it wasn't very helpful for us. Some form of discount would have been very helpful for a night of an unpleasant smell."

"Amazing location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend."

"Hôtel très propre, accueillant, et très bien placé pour visiter le centre-ville. Personnel très sympathique."
