"Be careful when paying for a room upgrade at this hotel—it’s not guaranteed. We paid for an upgraded room but were given a lesser one because they ran out, and the staff was rude and unhelpful about it. On the plus side, the hotel has plenty of restaurant and bar options, the room was very clean, and requesting extra towels was easy. I’d consider staying again, but wouldn’t risk paying for an upgrade."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, bathroom was spacious and the stand alone tub was great, nice and deep. Didn’t use the pool or spa, didn’t gamble either. Overall our stay was great. Parking was a little confusing in the beginning but we figured out the short cut and didn’t have to walk thru the mall."
