Ended up getting there an hour after check in and still had to wait on a room, which ended up being switched to a different room located by pool where you heard everything from poolside and door didn’t close totally b it did lock. Ordered room service but had to call multiple times until they just told me what was available for order. But when I received food it was good, presentation was great. Would I stay there again, no. "Aircon didn’t work in the first room. Loud traffic at night in the second room. Some amenities like the Soa are not open yet. Male staff member called my room at 10:30 asking for my wife. Too weird for me. We will not be staying there again. "
