"Room was clean. Looked like it had not long been decorated. Staff were friendly both at check in, when my autistic son was extremely tired and at check out. They have an on site cafe, which I didn't use but it smelt good. Services next door included a macdonalds. Will definitely stay again to break up a long journey."

"Host was welcoming and approachable. Spacious house for the 14 of us. Bedrooms all had en-suite bathrooms. Ample equipment in the kitchen and a real bonus to have two dishwashers. There was a large dining room which could accommodate us all easily. Everyone said the beds were comfortable."

"Our host was very welcoming. we’d had really good communication prior to coming and so the dietary needs of my daughters were well catered for. Breakfast was delicious with lovely thick Greek yogurt and fresh fruit and warm flaky croissants. Would definitely stay again. "

"Quiet cosy room above a pub serving great food. Always a warm welcome by the great staff. Stay here twice a year as it ticks all the tight boxes. Good car park, comfy room and great shower with reasonable Wi-Fi for the area."

"A brilliant cottage perfect for what we wanted very modern, clean, private, felt like home! It was really nice to get back to the cottage after a long day of walking and site seeing. Really easy to find using a sat nav and no trouble with the country roads or conditions of the roads to get there as seen in another review so don’t let that put you off booking! Nice little bonus of milk and cookies on arrival which was great as we arrived quite late without supplies so could still have a cuppa on the first morning 😊 If we end up that way again we would without doubt book Timadon cottage ♥️ Thanks for having us! "Great location for our annual family trip home. Janet and Rob are very welcoming and everything was ready and perfect for are 14 night stay. We have tried to book this location in previous years but they were booked. We will definitely be trying again in the future. It’s now top of our list of vacation homes. "
