"Bathtub didn't drain right. No sheets/ linens for pull out couch. No front desk person so had to check in via machine to remote check in person. Printer on machine not working to indicate room number. Gave 2 keys but only 1 worked and there wasn't a person to help fix it. "

"Does VRBO permit owners to video their property?The driveway was past the property's best view, and a video depicting the approach and drive up would help a TON! Especially if approaching it after dark.A really wonderful property, especially for families. We didn't use the air mattress, only 2 of us, but a better way to implement expanded capacity beyond 2 bedrooms would be very helpful to prospective visitors."

"The sink and tub drain didn’t drain whatsoever. Literally couldn’t brush my teeth in the morning after I brushed them the night before. Was charged $44 for a service dog. Front was aware of dog at time of check in. A worker seen the dog next morning then the very next day they charged me the $44. Was refunded after documentation was verified. Things like that should be properly verified at time of check in. Shouldn’t have to worry about a business to being able to have access to charge card after check out."
