Royal Solaris Los Cabos & Spa - All Inclusive

"Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the friendly staff, good food, and an excellent room location. Breakfast was consistently enjoyable and stood out among the dining options. The biggest disappointment was the alcohol selection. Tecate was the only draft beer available throughout the grounds, and the room minibar included just two Carta Blanca beers per day. When we wanted more, we had to order and pay for them through room service. The liquor offerings throughout the resort were also limited to lower-end brands. My biggest recommendation is to watch out for the timeshare sales representatives. The hotel specifically warned guests in writing about avoiding them at the airport, yet similar representatives (concierges) were waiting at the resort and actively approaching arriving guests. It felt inconsistent with the hotel's own advice."

"I’ve been to Cabo two other times. This is my first time staying at Hyatt Ziva and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place. I look forward to returning."

"The place was great and central to everything in SJD. Kelley was super accommodating. The pool was amazing. Only drawback was the couch didn’t turn into a bed, but regardless we made it work. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we’re in SJD."

"We had a blast at this home. Chris, the owner, was amazing. He spent hours on the phone with us, helping us plan our vacation, and had great tips for us. The managers on-site were also helpful and responsive. When the fridge was struggling to keep up with us, they brought us another fridge. We were a short drive to the beach and to the beginner surf spot. We also really enjoyed Cabo Pulmo snorkeling and went to several other snorkeling spots nearby. We enjoyed the pool and playing pickleball."

"Everything was really great. The property was super comfortable, new towels, kitchen totally equipped and everything was very well maintained. The view was spectacular. I was very impressed not just with the unit itself and how well stocked it was, but how well the property in general was cared for. The maintenance and security people were present daily and doing things like skimming the pool for leaves, straightening chairs, etc. Everyone was super friendly and polite. We had a small issue upon arrival with the water not being on but the owners got it resolved almost immediately, so they were very responsive. I also loved that they had books available by one of my favorite authors. Would love to stay here again soon!"
