Holiday rental apartment in Marbella with sea views, near the beach of El Cable and 10 minutes walk from the old town.
This accommodation has two spacious bedrooms (one of them with private bathroom), living room with all the comforts including sofas and tv with wifi, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms; one with shower and one with bathtub. The accommodation includes wifi, private parking and air conditioning, plus a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. (01/07/2026 - 31/08/2026).
The urbanization has green areas and a seasonal swimming pool, which is open exclusively during the two summer months. In addition, it is located two minutes walk from the Cable beach, the largest in the city, and only ten minutes walk from the beautiful old town of Marbella. Nearby you will find all the services you may need during your vacations, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, banks and cab ranks and local buses. It is also close to the fishing port of La Bajadilla, where you will find the best fish and seafood restaurants in the area.
This apartment is spacious and bright. The value for money is outstanding, making it an ideal offer for both families and small groups of friends. In addition, it is easily accessible via the A-7, which will allow you to move quickly throughout the Costa del Sol. The garden and the swimming pool are accessible only and exclusively during the opening period of the swimming pool, during the months of July and August.
The Community of Owners may, without prior notice, extend or reduce the opening period of the swimming pool.
