This ideally situated two-bedroom apartment is set within the sought-after Alcazaba Río Verde complex, just moments from the heart of Puerto Banús (1km). Offering the perfect combination of comfort and convenience, the property is within easy walking distance of the beach (400m) and the vibrant marina, where you’ll find an excellent selection of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife.



Situated on the first floor and accessed by lift, the apartment is arranged over one level. The bright living area features a sofa, television and dining table, with direct access to a south-west facing covered terrace — an ideal spot to enjoy afternoon sun or relaxed outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped for a self-catered stay and benefits from a separate utility terrace with washing machine.



The master bedroom is furnished with twin beds, one of which can be converted into a bunk bed if required, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. It also features built-in wardrobes and a private ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two single beds, fitted wardrobes and access to a separate shower room, making the layout practical for families or groups.

Propriété propre, agréable et sécurisée. Belle piscine sans trop de monde. Logement Nickel ! Propreté impeccable, tout le nécessaire sur place. Emplacement idéal proche plage et ville. Séjour sans voiture possible. Mais si vous avez un véhicule, A moins de 2h de route beaucoup de choses à voir. Grenade, Gibraltar, la belle ville de Mijas, Ronda etc...
