Charming Mallorcan rustic house with spectacular views

  • It's a, cozy, fully equipped Majorcan rustic house with wonderful views and a large swimming pool with solarium. very quiet house, situated in Maria de la Salut, a small village in central Mallorca. Located in the Pla, near the towns of Sineu, Santa Margalida, Muro, Llubí, Ariany and Petra. Just 20 minutes from the Bay of Alcudia and the best beaches on the island.

    The location is unbeatable: located in the heart of town and country at the same time. A 150 m. the main square (bars and restaurants), 7 km. Sineu, 37 km from Palma, 20 km from the beach, etc.

    They can simply walk to shops and bars / restaurants in the village.

    It has also air conditioning (cold / hot), ceiling fans and wood burning barbecue
