"The staff is amazing. The AC in our first room wasn’t working properly, the front desk was prompt to switch us to another room. We stayed two nights. My husband couldn’t find his phone after we had checked out and the staff let us back in the room, helped us search the room twice, even went to check the laundry room, and went above and beyond to help us locate the phone, which we did. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked, and maintained. The room was clean. It was quiet even though it was busy. Definitely will stay here again!"

"Pictures do match the location at all. This location is pretty run down. Rooms had horrible odor, even in a non-smoking room. "

"The desk attendant checking us in was very friendly and courteous. Our room was clean however there was a tear in the ceiling, looked as though there was a water leak at one point that didn't repair properly. The elevator...that needs to be serviced! I didn't bring attention to it, felt safe enough to keep using it without telling the staff, I'm sure they are well aware. Other than that, the stay was pleasant."

Also, water noise from a pipe in the middle of the night. Asked again. Reception man said he didn't follow up. He would do again after we were gone. Not very professionnal. "
