"Everything was mostly fine and the lady at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. My only two complaints were that the pool surface was extremely rough to walk on, and also it looks like someone threw a bunch of rocks in the pool and no one ever came to clean them out. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud! Which made it impossible to sleep without the tv on or some other type of white noise."

"Not to crowded, pleasant staff, excellent location really enjoyed my stay the private beach seemed smaller than I remember could be due to adding more beach lounge chairs, they were doing some landscaping in front of the lobby and one of the elevators was down most of the stay which made wait time for elevator a little longer than usually but GREAT stay this is my second time and I will be back again!"

"Property was very basic. Was in a very nice, quiet area, close to amenities. Breakfast was so so. Juice machine tasted like water not juice. Asked for clean towels at 6:30 am, got back late afternoon, no towels and cleaning staff left for day - front desk staff was able to provide but only after I asked again. Toilet didn't flush well. Better places to stay in Future."

"the carpeting in the whole hotel was dirty. needs to be shampooed!!!! Breakfast was excellent!!! our tv was updated and we walked in our room with them changing it out. They should have told us that was going to happen. The hotel staff was fabulous. The weight room needs lighter weights. Our stay was great except the carpet!!"
