"Bathroom had hair all over the floor. Bath towels had hair imbedded in them (3 of them). Shower curtain smelled bad. The floors were dirty. Couch was dirty/stained to the point where I did not want to sit on them. Beds were okay which is all that mattered. "

"Great costumer service! Really good breakfast with a good variety of options! The best coffee machine I've ever seen at a hotel! The coffee machine also made really good hit chocolate, cappuccino, latte, espresso, and several more options! Price was decent. There's a nice outdoor pool but we didn't use it! Highly recommend!"

"Pictures do match the location at all. This location is pretty run down. Rooms had horrible odor, even in a non-smoking room. "

"The desk attendant checking us in was very friendly and courteous. Our room was clean however there was a tear in the ceiling, looked as though there was a water leak at one point that didn't repair properly. The elevator...that needs to be serviced! I didn't bring attention to it, felt safe enough to keep using it without telling the staff, I'm sure they are well aware. Other than that, the stay was pleasant."

"Positive: Great roof top and food - great amenities Negative: Room a/c and ventilation system was very noisy. Didn't sleep well the first of a 3 night stay. Also, water noise from a pipe in the middle of the night. Asked again. Reception man said he didn't follow up. He would do again after we were gone. Not very professionnal. "
