"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. 10/10 Excellent

The rooms were clean, the towels soft, soap smells great. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the snow and 4 different lifts. The ski room has lockers for each room with 4 boot driers in each. The spa was very good after skiing, with heated pool, steam room and sauna. Staff is super friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and give recommendations.
