    This designer loft is a 120-square-meter apartment fully furnished with original designer pieces.
    It features a private entrance with an outdoor staircase and includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and tea and coffee-making facilities. It features two double bedrooms (one on a loft accessible via a Corten steel staircase designed by architect and owner Francesca Cutini) and two bathrooms with shower stalls and bidets.
    The apartment features a terrace overlooking the pool and a flat-screen TV.
    The unit sleeps a total of 5 guests.
    Upon request, our property offers a heated hot tub (extra service), a heated pool with a cover during the colder months (extra service), and a private pool during the summer season.
    Also upon request (additional fee), we can arrange cooking classes.
