"Clean & comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, and airport. Stairwell and master bath need some touch up paint. Overall ok but showed some wear & tear. Pet friendly backyard a big plus, had plenty of outdoor seating variety, but a pretty big gap at the bottom of the gate in the fence had to be blocked to keep my Cavalier King Charles from scooting under. The property has a separate upstairs duplex type tenant that was not disclosed on property details, so it didn't feel as private as a stand alone house rental. A little on the pricey side. "
