About this property

Cozy Cottage- Bright, 2 Bedroom- Great Location

  • Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. We are located close to beaches, restaurants, shopping (2 miles from Mashpee Commons) and many other activities for adults and families.
    We have a great backyard with picnic tables, a deck with plenty of seating, a firepit with additional seating. There is a gas grill available for your use as well.
    We also have a full kitchen for your cooking needs with appliances, utensils and cookware.

    We have whole house AC with 3 ductless minisplit AC/Heating units.

    Heritage Park right down the street! There are playgrounds, a dog park, Pickle Nall. soccer & baseball fields! As well as a Splash Pad the kids!

My daughter and I spent a lovely few days at Brian's place. He was very responsive when we couldn't get into the house, help us find a great fish store and many other things. The patio and grill are terrific. I highly recommend staying at this delightful home
