"The location is great, the bed is exceptionally comfortable and the sheets were amazing. However, even though we were in a non smoking room/floor, our room smelt smoky. We suspected there were people smoking on the floor and it also was coming in through the vent. The hotel seems to prioritize the comfort of smokers, you can tell that in the lobby where part of it is smoking …. So that means it’s all smoking. We went to other floors to check them out to see and we felt that no floors were truly non smoking so we didn’t ask to be moved. I cannot believe in this day and age any chain would allow indoor smoking. Everything is extremely expensive, example, a cup of tea is $6.00 and a glass of sparking wine is about $20.00. Definitely not worth it and no ambiance in the lobby."

"Room: Just wow! I wish I can travel again and stay in the same hotel. Such a wow room it was. Excellent amenities and twice a day housekeeping made a huge difference to our stay. They also gave us complementary beach bag and cute cable ties. Slippers were not cheap ones like you get in every hotel, in fact very soft and comfy ones. You could always request additional amenities when needed through an app and they would be delivered to your room within 30 mins without any questions. Breakfast: Very tasty breakfast. One of the best I have had at any palm hotel. Lots of variety available and also you could request extras like French toast and dosa on order. Staff: Very kind and helpful staff. Spa: You have to pay additional for spa access but it was a good spa. We did not take experiences as they were much cheaper at our main stay. Additional: Water park is included in the stay for free. Towels were free for hotel residents but lockers were paid for. Beach and pool was very neat and clean."

"Room: We stayed in an apartment(No.3 9301). It was a good size apartment with all the amenities as advertised. Neat and clean. Housekeeping was very good. Bath tub was leaking though, which meant preparing and using it was a nightmare. Shower pressure was very bad. Might be these issues were in an apartment and would not be there for an actual hotel room, that I am not sure of. Buggy was available promptly on call for transfer from an apartment to main hotel building for breakfast. Breakfast: It was an average breakfast. You could request for extras to be made on order like dosa etc. Taste was just okay. Variety was just like many others on the palm. Spa: One of the best spa I have used in Dubai. I am comparing it to Zabeel Saraye, Raffles, and Atlantis. You can access spa for free if you have purchased any experiences. I really enjoyed my hammam and massage. Excellent staff. Staff: Was very kind and helpful. Gym: Gym had its own steam room and sauna. Very neat and clean. Additional: Restaurants on site are very good. Must try Porters Bar and Grill Steak. As we travelled during the war time therefore many restaurants had different opening timings than usual. Beach 2 was closed and so one of the pools on site. But available beach and pool was well maintained and good."

"Everything was great, from initial greeting to multiple people at reception, number of elevators room cleanliness and size. If you don’t need a haram view this would absolutely be my go to place in madinah! Staff was friendly and attentive - didn’t feel rushed at check out either. Really a very nice, peaceful stay. I hope this reaches the hotel because they really nailed it on the property and training their staff! THANK YOU!"

"Everything is perfect there"

"Booked a room with Kabaa view, but could only see minarats. stayed 2 nights and had no lights in our room apart from in the bathroom. So we checked out on our last night in the evening and went to another hotel. Feel bad for writing this because it was apart of our Umrah, but hopefully they can use this to become better. Because we did not feel any 5 star feeling there."
