"Friendly front desk. Easy to contact hotel staff for help. Rooms felt basic and clean. Some dampness. Small spa, but good enough facilities. Good breakfast. The environment in the hotel restaurant was relaxing. Food was enjoyable."

"Hotel very well located within the centre of Bristol but in a fairly quiet small pedestrian street. Quite a maze to get to your room depending on which you get. The room and bathroom is clean and a good standard 4 star hotel experience. Bed could be bigger as they’re only UK king. Breakfast is not good, the buffet and sitting area is too small for the number of rooms and the hot options are not good either. Scrambled eggs were rubber like, and the rest isn’t great either. I would skip breakfast and get it somewhere locally instead."
