"The village is right next to the hotel, but the village is not that big, LV is the only luxury store and there is only a small food court and two or three restaurants. The west coast has calmer water but it’s far away from all other places."

"You won’t want to leave the resort! The staff goes above and beyond to be hopeful, and the entire property is so thoughtfully and beautifully maintained. Great location, and we loved that it was at the end of the strip of hotels on the beach, making it quieter than most of the others that we walked past."

"The Andaz is tremendous multilayer property. The staff is a hit or miss. The beach service is sourced out and closes at 4:45. The regular rooms face the parking lot. You cannot self park. Adding a $50 daily charge."

"There was a delay in our room and we received an upgrade. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The bell staff were also so patient and kind. The property is magical and we wish we had stayed an extra night. Highly recommend a stay here instead of doing road to Hana in one day. The tennis and basketball are immaculate! Thank you for having us, we will always remember the great views and spacious property"
