"This is the go to place for me whenever I need to travel to Anaheim or Orange County.The rooms are always quiet and the beds are super comfortable. One of the biggest reasons I have for staying here however is the athletic facility which is the best I have ever seen in a hotel chain. The free weights and machines rival any gym!"

"The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Holes in the walls covered by clear tape. Mold everywhere. Elevator smelled like someone puked and pissed in there. The curtains were covered in a layer of dust as if nobody had been in these rooms in months. White substance splattered along the same curtains. Smokey hallways that looked like I was walking on the set of a scary movie. Myself and my two children immediately turned around and checked back out. I felt so unsafe. Now I’ve been fighting for almost a week to get a refund. We didn’t even stay for longer than 2minutes. But I was charged for all 4 nights and offered a $50 key cash credit. The pictures have got to be doctored or AI generated. DO NOT STAY HERE! I will never book through a third party ever again. I wish I had thought to snap some pics, but I wasn’t thinking I’d have to fight for a refund. I did however take a quick pic on our way out. "

"Absolutely horrible. The photos they posted are nothing like the room I had. The walls needed to be fixed, the bed wasn’t made and there were cracks in the floor. Then someone tried to open our door so we left after being there for only 40 minutes. I asked for a refund but because we “used the room” he wouldn’t let us refund. Never coming here again and i recommend you stay far away from here"

"Room did not have running water. Surprised the toilet even flushed. No amenities. No shampoo or even soap to clean your hands. Outdated rooms, with little to no modernization. Looks like this place hasn’t had a remodel in years. Sketchy place and people. Very outdated equipment and I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business with the terrible rooms. p.s rooms smelled like cigarettes. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION 0/10"

"Pros: The location here was great…quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and a Target plus easy street parking. Very comfortable bed, nice shower plus well equipped kitchen but could have used a cutting board.Cons: amenities listed for this property included a dining table but there is none…plus the patio table outside is missing its glass top. We specifically rented a place with a kitchen rather than a motel so we could prepare some meals ourselves, but then had nowhere to sit and eat. It was nice having a washer and dryer there but no detergent was provided and the box of dryer sheets was empty. Also, only a dirty looking used sponge was left to wash any dishes or wipe countertop and no hand soap in kitchen."
