"We rented the two bedroom suite, it was so spacious. Good breakfast, warm pool and warm pool area. Nice location!"

"If convenience is a luxury then this hotel is 5 star even if overall it could use a little modernization and lipstick. It has easy parking, is attached to a pedestrian skyway to the Mayo hub center and easy to reach by uber from the airport."

"Paid for parking ramp at checkin for our truck After driving through the detours to entrance of attached ramp - trucks are too high . Pain in butt ! Need SIGN AT ENTRANCE FIR HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. Told check in agent that told us pickups were fine - she was going to credit us for the parking fee . We never recieved that credit. Suggestion - offer coffee in pool area /as patients often need to fast / till early afternoon . "

"Clean, smells good, beds are comfy, breakfast is average but free, walkable to Mayo buildings but also has shuttles, the Twigs restaurant is fantastic (try the garlic sauce walley!)! We stay here regularly and have never had a complaint. I did share a few minor maintenance issues with the front desk for our specific room this time, but those issues did not hurt our satisfaction with this hotel... it's a great place to stay! :)"

"The breakfast was super, i loved how there was 24 hr access to the pool. The only downfall was they had some kinda water issue or something on the 2nd floor. But i get it stuff happens"
