"Stayed for 4 nights while husband completed appointments at the Mayo Clinic. We didn't eat the breakfast, so not sure how that is. The rooms are good and the underground access to the Mayo Clinic is priceless."

"Staff sit a desk watching cell phone videos while customer stands there waiting. Pool and spa were closed, was not on website as being closed. Maintenance request not handled, had to switch rooms for the hotels convince. Which meant packing andnun packing again. "
