"Room was clean. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was well above average in quality. Even good hot items. Staff was helpful and friendly. I'm not sure if Sleep Inn hotels use extra sound proofing or not, but they sure seem quiet. Most hotels, I hear people in the halls or above/below me. Not here, very well maintained property. I highly recommend. If you are debating between this place and another place (eve in the Sleep Inn is mor expensive) CHOSE THE SLEEP INN. You'll be glad you did. "

"When I told my husband where we were staying he was not pleased at all. He wanted something closer to the hospital.When we got there he went and checked us in and check out the room he was very pleased. There was hot drinks always ready. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating.We will stay there again. We left to go back home and stayed in another hotel and the second we walked in the room we both said this is not the SpringHill Suites. SpringHill Suites thank you for a memorable experience."

"Everything about Brentwood was convenient. The evening desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. The parking was easy. With all the roads closed around Mayo, they allowed me to keep my vehicle in the ramp for hours past check-out. The staff cleaning the rooms was very helpful. As I stepped into the hall, I realized I had left my key inside. The man who was in the room across the hall saw it and was kind enough to open the door for me so I didn't need to go to the front desk. I would definitely stay there again. The room was very quiet, and there is a tunnel which takes you all across the Mayo campus without going outside. "
