Stay was amazing, jacuzzi was clean after our arrival and toiletries was received a day after from being at laundry but wonderful area, walkable distance to a lot of areas and breakfast with stay and it was amazing. Looking for quiet and friendly people. This is the place to be.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff and their friendly approach, I liked the breakfast, the comfortable bed, the roomy well-equipped bathroom and the location. The hotel is on a quiet residential street, with some eating places nearby, about 15 minutes walk from the El Poblado metro station. What I did not like was lack of enough room for my suitcase and very dim lights in the bedroom. Especially nice were Occitaine shampoo, soap and lotion, a very appealing touch I would stay here again.

Stayed for 5 days, the room was very very small for the amount of days we stayed. It was inconvenient having to pullout our luggage everyday and put it back somewhere so we could get dressed and be able to walk around in the room. The aesthetic was beautiful though. Cleanliness 10/10. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was ok. First day we arrived the gentleman was very kind and helpful. The rest of the staff was a little rude. We asked to buy water bottles and they said the sink water was good enough to drink.. other than little mishaps with staff our stay for the most part was fine. Would not recommend if you’re staying for more than 2 days just because the rooms are so tiny.
