Nice hotel the room was clean and the staff was amazing and very helpful. The AC worked great and really help that rhey have laundry service . The area is very touristy so you are going to get noice almost the whole time but it was awesome and very close to everything

Poblado visit

First off, location was amazing. That being said you are in the heart of poblado which makes it almost impossible to get any sleep with all the noise and the party animals. Second issue was the rooms, booked 2 identical rooms and one of them was not available. Ended up setting for a much smaller room without a balcony and right next to the top terrace where you can hear plenty of people arguing and such. This place is better suited for those looking to enjoy the nightlife and have it just a few feet away.

One of the staff who checked me in that day was so rude. Skipped and ignored to check someone that speak espanol. I fell so disrespect. I wished I knew his name. After the place is good. Just have to ask for everything.

The best thing about this place is undoubtedly its location—it is ideally situated for exploring the area, with everything close by. The accommodation itself was comfortable inside and made for an enjoyable stay. The only downside was that there is no elevator, and being on the fourth floor meant quite a few stairs to climb.
