Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and fresh, and the beds were comfortable. A nice surprise was the snack we received in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we could store our luggage for a few hours after check-out. Plus, the hot water in the shower worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice for short stays

The room was clean and had excellent value for price, especially compared to other options in the area. However, no window makes it a bit claustrophobic, so best suited for a short stay. Note that the reception is not 24/7. Plus for AC and complementary morning snack (granola, yoghurt and fresh fruit) which was a huge bonus for us.

The best hotel in Poblado and affordable!

The hotel was amazing! Comfortable and very cleaned. It has all you need. It is close by a lot of restaurants and 15 min walk from park Lleras/provenza. The most I loved is the service! Luisana (the receptionist) and cleaning lady are the best!!! They helped us with everything and were very nice and sweet with us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property is nice. Clean. But it’s noisy early in the morning even when you want to sleep late. Slamming of doors talking the cleaning and noise from washing machine Staff is top notch. Inside is clean clean.

Good location with aircon but lacks natural light

Good location on a quiet street in Manila Helpful staff Clean Well appointed Good shower Decent value with the deal I had Had the option of a street facing room or an internal room with no windows. Chose the latter as I’m a light sleeper. Essentially all rooms have a small interior window other than one which has a small windows faint the street. For a few nights ok but a little claustrophobic with no natural light

I stayed here from 2/20-2/25. I kept to myself. The room was a bed and and bathroom. Simple and basic for one person. The staff didnt once offer to clean. There was not much engagement as they would leave at 6pm. There was tons of noise from 6am-10am daily. I had someone complain for me playing music in my room at about 10pm. If you want a bed its simple. Too many other options in town. Wont stay here again

Pésima atención y servicio ya que se realiza todo mediante WhatsApp, no hay personas personalmente para cualquier duda o atención, no había artículos de primera necesidad con los cuales se suponía que contaríamos, habían cajas fuertes en las habitaciones pero nunca se nos brindó llaves ni código, no cuenta con áreas comunes tampoco
