"Overall a wonderful experience! Our group has been travelling together for 15 years and this is by FAR one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Beds: comfy.Kitchen: well stocked and spacious. Common areas, perfect for a group. ESPECIALLY the upstairs couch. We had a few storms over the weekend- so we spent much time there. Outdoor common space clean and comfy. The private beach access was an added amenity we never even thought would effect our beach time until we used it! Great location close to Publix, 7-11 and gas stations for any quick errand. The hosts were attentive at answering the 100 last minute questions I had. I am a happy customer."

"The host is very kind and communication is timely and jovial. The place is perfectly sized for a couple. Small bathroom but not too small. The location cannot be beat - one block from the beach. The local grocery store across the street is fantastic with European choices, amazing true Italian pizza and pastries. They have a coffee shop as well. There’s a great choices of cafes and restaurants walking distance and within 3 miles. The deck for the second floor unit is a great place to hang for morning coffee.Melbourne Beach was sparsely populated and covered in shells during our stay the weekend of July 17."

"What a perfect property for our family! The home is exactly as stated, and even more charming. The surf theme throughout was beautifully done with great attention to detail. It was so clean and the location just steps to the beach. We wanted a quiet getaway to recharge and there was no better place to do that. We opted to heat the pool and the temp was perfect for after long morning sunrise walks on the beach and night swims. Our dogs were so happy to vaca with us and the house did not disappoint. We will absolutely try to get back to Melbourne Beach. Thank you Steve!"
