Located in southern Brunswick between Lygon St and Sydney Rd, with the bustling bars, cafes and restaurants including renowned Rumi and Zia Teresa a short walk away. Enjoy easy access via tram to Melbourne University, Swanston St, Flinders St station and the CBD. If horse racing is your thing, jump on a bus at the end of the road straight to the gate of Moonee Valley racecourse.

The home offers open living and 1 x queen sized bedroom. During the day the open space is filled with sunshine and give you the view of the lovely garden spaces. Feel like an outdoor shower? Why Not! This home also has a private outdoor shower!

You get the whole house to yourself to ENJOY! The unit has self check in so you`re able to arrive when ever suits you.

@ No more than 2 guests in the house at a time
@ Please be mindful and respect the neighbors while using the outdoor area after 10pm.
If above rules are not obeyed, it may result in loss of bond.

Quiet & Charming

We were so pleased to be in Country Cottage. It’s got the feel and character we like, so lacking in most short term accommodation. It’s quiet for sleeping in and has lovely places to sit to eat or relax in the garden and the house, whilst being close to the buzz of Brunswick, good food and great shopping. A perfect blend of the best of both worlds.

Oasis in Brunswick

This was our second stay at Minnie Street and again was perfect with our daughter 15 minute walk away. We loved watching the birds drink from the bird bath this time and again also loved our quiet it it. Perfect for a 2 person stay!

Brunswick Cottage

This was a perfect stay for the two of us and we loved the quietness and outdoor areas. Lots of sunlight! Check in was easy and good to have a spare set of keys in the lock box. Walking distance to Lygon Street for coffee every morning. We are looking forward to another stay at Christmas to see our daugher who lives very close by.
