-Strictly no smoking inside the property or foyer areas of the property. Deep cleaning fees will apply.

-No pets

-Fortnightly mandatory general house clean of $165 for bookings 14 days plus, if using the sofa bed additional $50 for sheet change.

-Additional exit clean fee of $165 for bookings of two months or more

-Accidental lock out or failure to return keys/garage remote to lock box at exit $150



In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent.



You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you.



Guests will also be required to add a valid payment method and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a pre-authorization bond (which is not an actual charge on the card unless damages occur).
