Beautiful property

A beautiful property and very friendly host. This was perfect for a relaxing weekend away while going to the hot springs. Amazing location. Bedding was extremely comfortable which was a bonus.

Change the bed frame and the shower drain

It was ok, my partner and I stubbed our toes on the bed frame numerous times as it awkwardly sticks out and is hard/sharp. The ensuite shower was good besides the fact that the water drains slowly from the shower and we found ourselves having to turn the shower off until it drained a little as it was filling up way to fast.

Code was sent but would not work. Owner did not respond to our numerous texts or calls. Very confusing as to who manages property. Is it wotif, vrbo or stayz???? We ended up ringing stayz who gave us the code. By this time it was past 4 oclock. Very disappointing and would not stay here again. Upstairs shower overflowed, backyard was a disgrace and looked derelict, dirty windows. Some milk in fridge would have been nice.

We couldn't stay

Checked in (via coded lock), however the place has not been attended to since the last guests, so the beds were unmade, dirty towels in the floor and rubbish in the kitchen. Eventually got into the owner through messages who tried to book a cleaner and when unsuccessful tried to have Stayz find us somewhere else. Unfortunately Stayz were useless and didn't want to know about it. We ended up getting a refund and booked somewhere through an alternative provider which turned out to be nicer. Overall, I'm sure it was not intentional by the property owner and there's a good chance we would have enjoyed the property, had we been able to stay there.

Amazing property

I recommend this property to anyone looking for a holiday with friends or family the property was very clean and accommodated to everyone’s needs and the host always had fast replies to any of our questions making our overall experience perfect
