酒店環境極度污糟 雪櫃櫥櫃房間內嘅衣櫃完全沒有清潔過嘅痕跡 全部都是污跡！ 很難聯絡服務人員取鎖匙 取鎖匙嘅地方惡劣 要到另一座大廈的草叢堆中取鎖匙 更加沒有通知我說什麼房間號碼 要我多次打電話給服務人員 也沒有接聽我的電話！ 退房時更 10分準時10:00就截電。 這酒店簡直是免費入住我也再不會入住！

The property was difficult to access the key card. I had to go into a another property around the corner and look in the garden for a lock box. The directions came in an email with amateur photos and instructions. It was unprofessional considering the price of the property.
