Lot of cigarette smell covered by air freshener everywhere. Did lose power for a significant period due to some sort of accident that took out a large section of the area, not the hotels fault but still inconvenient. Overall, an average stay that got the job done. "

"i woke up to people coming in my room 3 hours before checkout time. happened five times within 2 hours. i said something and was further ignored, when my husband said something they stopped but came back half an hour later and did the same thing again. no it wasnt house keeping. "

"First of all, hotels.com website lists in the amenities that there is free parking. One of the reasons I booked the room. There isn’t free parking. Second, the room had a drain stopped up that I had to report several times and get worked on several times to finally get it fixed. The manager wasn’t helpful at all about the free parking question. Basically told me it wasn’t his problem and to contact hotels.com. They can honor the reservation but not the rest of the amenities listed in said ad. This will be the last time I book that hotel and probably be the last time I use hotels.com since their ad listed it wrong and cost me even more money. My cousin booked through hotels.com and got a bigger, nicer room a lot cheaper. That’s still a head scratcher "
