  • This place is HUGE with 5000 sqft, 7 bedrooms, 10 real beds (2 king and 8 queens), 3 bathrooms, with private parking lot that has 5+ parking spaces, perfect place to hold a family gathering but NO PARTY since there's a condo below you (this condo is on the 2nd floor so you access with stairs), no smoking inside and no pets. This condo is 2 blocks from the FedEx Forum.

    Please note: this is not a new place and it’s not luxury at all. Its shabby-chic so don’t expect brand new... It’s very big and fun though.

    This place is so fun for kids and adults with the ping pong table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, game room with cards and poker chips, and lots of board games like trivia, etc.

    There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 with showers, and 1 with a tub.

    This property has a gated and private parking lot that holds over 12 cars, which is shared with the downstairs.

    You can walk down to Beale Street and it's only 2 blocks away, you will be right in the middle of the fun part of Beale.

    I have no doubt you will love this place.
