Worst hotel I’ve stayed at, towels were dirty, hairs in the dirty bathtub that was black at the bottom. When asked to change rooms was told he couldn’t do anything but tell him manager.

The pool was closed off still. Which was one of the reasons why I booked the place was to go swimming before my trip. The bathroom in our room wasn't all that clean. The tub had soap scum built-up. The toilet leaked in the back near the tank and wobbled when you sat down on it. The beds were comfortable & clean. You can hear the planes from the airport all night which didn't bother me but may bother other people. Overall the experience at this particular hotel was okay, but could be better.

Very dated and badly in need of an upgrade. WiFi did not work in rooms. Bed bases soiled. Breakfast very very basic. Cereal and muffins only. Staff pleasant enough.

This was the worst hotel and service i have ever recieved in my life. Water was ice cold, room was dirty, hotel staff was rude, breakfast was not breakfast, old, nothing fresh, lights flashed, upon tell then what was wrong, they were rude. I would not recommend a dog to walk in parkinglot

After checking in it seemed odd there didn’t appear to be anyone else in any of the other rooms. I got settled in and started to run water to take a shower. There was no hot water. Telling the front desk she offered me another room. Sounded reasonable. There was no hot water in this room as well. It was slightly warm. I tried to negotiate for half off but to no avail. I requested a refund and checked out. I’m sure this was a great place when Elvis was getting his start.

Do not be fool!!

It is not how the pictures present it to be. Carpet throughout but odor comes as soon as you enter. They lock the door so you have to walk all the way around to get in and ring the bell after a certain hour. It’s located in a not so good neighborhood off the expressway. It’s a lot of strange people walking around. It needs remodeling. I did not stay.

There wasn't much to like. The person that checked me in was pleasant. The cleaning staff did not make my bed nor did they replace the towels I used. They also did not replenish the soap & shampoo. The water took a long, long time to heat up. This was true in the vanity & bath.

The staff was very nice. They gave me some info about the area as well as places to go see because I'm not from the area. The rooms were nice and clean. Very roomy. They could have ahad more channels on the tv.

No hot water, key card didnt work and i was told to leave door unlocked when leaving the room, breakfast wasnt ready by 6:45 and then there were only 3 wrapped Honey Buns, planes very loud by 4am. Would stay again. Diabolical.

It is nothing like the photos, the manager was nice and tried to find us rooms together, however it is very run down. The tap was broken and lamps didn’t work.
