  • Our house is located in a safe, beautiful and quiet cove next to Germantown. It has 5 bedrooms (two are connected together. There is a door between them), a half-bath downstairs, and two full bathrooms upstairs. Easy access to Highway 385. It is about 20 minutes to Memphis airport, Memphis downtown, and Collierville.

    The kitchen, living room, two dining rooms, a half bath, and a sunroom are downstairs. The kitchen has been updated with new light fixtures, and a flat top electric cooking range. The floors are built with hardwood and new tiles. Baby crib, high chair and playpen are provided upon request. TV in the living room with Xfinity including ESPN. Roku TV is in a bedroom. Fast Internet. Fenced backyard and two-car garage.
